You shouldn´t choose a cleaning firm based on a price alone. If you select a low priced service, they can damage your floor, fabric, etc. what will actually cost you more in the long run. We may not be the cheapest choice, but we will get the job done the best way it can be.

It´s impossible for a company to provide the most outstanding professional service if they cannot afford to invest in the best equipment, chemicals and a training process. Our company use the very latest and the best machines and products available on the market. Therefore you should not compare us with other "professional" cleaning companies offering unrealistic low prices. 

Contract examples

Office cleaning contract 

• 1 cleaner working 1,5 hours per shift 5 days per week +
• Additional 1 hour of deep clean, 1 day per week
• 8,5 hours per week in total at £7.00 per hour
• Labour cost of £59.50 (£3,094 per year)
• Add 15% to cover other costs – holiday pay, insurance cost, etc. (£464,10 per year)
• Material cost of £9 per week (£468 per year)
• Our service charge fee £800 per year

Restaurant cleaning contract 

• 1 cleaner working 2,5 hours per shift, 3 days per week +
• 1 cleaner working 2 hours per shift, 4 days per week
  
• 15,5  hours per week in total at £7.00 per hour
  
• Labour cost of £108.50 per week (£5,642 per year)
  
• Add 15% to cover other costs – holiday pay, insurance cost, etc. (£846.30 per year)
  
• Material cost of £15 per week (£780 per year)
  
• Our service charge fee £1500 per year
