What is the difference between us and franchise cleaning companies

• Your facility will be supervised by business owners not by third party managers and cleaning supervisors.
• We do NOT resell our contracts to subcontractors or individual owners operators which are the same – this means, we have a full control over our accounts cleaned by us.
• Our proposal is prepared and individually customized for every costumer – we do not use standard filled out forms.
• Our contract agreement can be cancelled at any time upon 28 days written notification by either party.
• You will have direct contact with B & D Cleaning Services owner not entire line of managers, supervisors, etc...
